What Snug is

Snug is a small app for two people to share moods, notes, photos, games, and a little pixel home. It is free. There are no accounts. There are no ads.

Your promises

You are at least 13 years old.
You share Snug with someone who wants to share it with you.
You do not upload anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing.
You do not attempt to abuse the ntfy relay (excessive traffic, spam) or Snug's other operating environments.

The messaging relay

Snug syncs through the ntfy.sh relay (or any ntfy-compatible server you choose). Snug is not the relay. If ntfy is unavailable, sync will pause and resume when it returns. You accept the relay's own terms as a condition of using Snug's sync feature.

No warranty

Snug is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it working and honest, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or free of defects.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Snug and its author are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.

Content ownership

Everything you write, draw, or upload in Snug is yours. Snug does not claim any ownership of it and does not host it on any server we control.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any change. If the change is meaningful, we will mention it in the app when we can.
